Soak rice for at least 2 hours or for overnight.

Wash it neatly and take in mixer jar, add water little by little.

Make a smooth paste.

Add 2 Katori water as we have added 1 Katori while grinding.

Add salt n mix well batter is ready, grease oil to nonstick tawa.

Pour the batter with Katori and spread by moving tawa.

When becomes dry on the upper side, turn it.

After 2 minutes, Now fold it n take it down.

Serve hot with green mint, coriander, green chili, peanuts chutney.
