Rice Roti

Usually we don't have a tradition for leftover recipes. And once in a month I cook Sambhar and Rice. We use boiled rice which is commonly used in Southern part of India. So sometimes we have this boiled rice. This is not a Akki roti or Pathiri. This is something I made and loved by all.
