Add yeast, salt n sugar in warm water n rest it for 5-8 minutes to rise. Its ready

In a bowl add, flour, salt, milk powder n mix, add yeast mixture, beaten egg, oil n knead smooth dough for 10 minutes.

Grease a bowl, keep dough in it n cover it till it's rise n double in size or for an hour.

Knead again for 2 minutes when its rise n divide into equal 8 parts.

Make round balls, put in greased tray, cover again to rise.

When they are double in size, apply egg on them, sesame seeds n bake on 190°c for 20 minutes.

When bake, apply oil on them n cover in a cloth till they are cool down. Bakery Style buns are ready.
