1 packetbourbon biscuits
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 packeteno powder
Pinchsalt
1/2 tablespoonghee for dusting
1/4 tablespoonmaida for dusting

Grind biscuits into a fine powder. Add salt and eno powder.

Add milk and prepare the batter into FB flowing consistency.

Preheat the pressure cooker with sand. Dust the pan with ghee and maida flour. Pour the batter into the dusted pan. Tap the pan.

Heat the batter in low flame by closing the lid for 30 mins.

Once turn off the stove, take the pan outside. Keep it for 5 minutes. Remove it to a plate and cut it into pieces and serve a yummy Brownie cake.
