Ingredients

20 minutes
2 persons
  • 1 cupshell Macroni (boiled)
  • 1tblsp butter
  • 1tblsp maida
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupmozerella cheese
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum (cubed)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add butter and oil. When melts add maida and mix it continuously so that no lumps formed.

    Now add milk and keep stirring. Add salt and pepper powders.

    Now add cheese and mix it. Now add boiled pasta and Capsicum and mix it. Adjust salt if needed.
