Super Easy Cocoa Cookies

This was my first time trying to make cookies, so I used a small amount of ingredients just in case it didn't turn out well. Surprisingly, they were quite delicious! ^^ If you decide to make them, feel free to double or triple the ingredients. The amount I made yields only 12 cookies with a diameter of 2 inches and about 0.4 inches thick, just tiny 😂

Steps
- 1
Let the butter come to room temperature, then beat it with the sugar until smooth.
- 2
Add the egg yolk and mix well.
- 3
Add the flour and cocoa powder, then mix. Once combined, knead by hand until smooth.
- 4
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
- 5
Take the dough out and cut it into your desired shapes, or simply cut into circles like I did ^^
- 6
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Bake the cookies at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes, then at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
