Green Thai curry with steamed rice
As my hubby loved Thai food

For Thai paste. Put all ingredients in a jar & blend it.

Now heat oil in Kadai & sauté veggies one by one for 2 minutes
Then transfer it in plate & keep aside. - 3
Now again heat oil & add Thai paste & sauté it on medium flame once it cooked add veggies & some water to make it curry, now cook it for some time when it gets a good consistency.

Now for rice boil the water & add all ingredients in water except rice & coconut milk once water gets boiled then add rice & cook it.

Once rice get cook 95% then remove lemongrass & then cook it 100% & drained them then again put them in Kadai & add coconut milk & cover the lid & cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame & stir it occasionally

Once cooked served with curry
