Ingredients

3-4large red peppers cut in half and grilled. Char skin removed
1stall of leek grilled. (Or a half a small onion)
Garlic shoots grilled (or roasted / grilled garlic bulbs)
1/4-1/2chicken broth
1/4-1/2 cupheavy cream
to taste Salt and pepper

Grill ingredients and remove red pepper skin

Blend everything on high for several minutes
