Ingredients

  • 3-4large red peppers cut in half and grilled. Char skin removed
  • 1stall of leek grilled. (Or a half a small onion)
  • Garlic shoots grilled (or roasted / grilled garlic bulbs)
  • 1/4-1/2chicken broth
  • 1/4-1/2 cupheavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

    Grill ingredients and remove red pepper skin

    Blend everything on high for several minutes
