Take a raw mangoes wash,peel and cut in strips.Take a wok put water and 1 tsp salt mix then water boil put mango slices mix and boil for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes you see mango pcs color change slightly yellowish color then water drain.(second pic)

Take a wok put jaggery powder and water mix and boil then add rock salt,salt,red chilli and cardamom powder mix and boil then syrup consistency thick put mango pcs mix and cook.

Then add 1 handfull raisin mix and flame off.

Then keep a side and cool them.

After cool take a box put pickle and store in refrigerator.

Then enjoy Jaggery Raw Mango Sweet Pickle with bread,roti or simple parantha.
