Cooking Instructions

Together all ingredients,now turn on the flame put a pan add ghee heat it,add besan,stir fry on medium heat roast it till light golden brown.Transfer it to a plate.

In a heavy bottom pan add mango purée cook for 2 minutes add sugar stir continues for 2-3 minutes,now add milk powder & roasted besan stir continues mix well,add dry fruit powder & grated coconut mix it,add dry ginger powder mix again stir continuesly.add cardamom powder (if you have saffron then add saffron milk)stir again,

Stir until mixture forms dough &leaves the sides of pan.Turn off the flame.let it cool for 7-8 minutes.

Add little ghee in both of the palms & make penda,garnish with walnuts & almonds.(pistachios looks beautiful but I haven’t)Yummy & delicious penda (burfi) is ready to serve.
