Powder sugar and cardamom in a blender. Add egg to it and blend it smoothly. Keep this mixture aside

In a big bowl, Add maida, rava, rice flour, baking soda, salt, milk, ghee, egg sugar mixture. Mix everything well

Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes

Apply oil in both your palms and make balls. We will get 6 to 7 balls

Heat oil in a medium flame and fry the balls for 6 to 7 minutes

Serve !!
