Ingredients

  1. 4 bread
  2. 2-3 tablespoonsghee
  3. as neededHoney
  4. 250 mlmilk
  5. 50 gramspaneer
  6. 4-5 teaspoonssugar
  7. 1 cupmango pulp
  8. 2 tablespoonscardamom powder
  9. as requiredFor garnish, Slice of almond pistachios Pieces of mango

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bread into triangles. Now spread the ghee in a pan. Shallow fry the bread until browned on both sides.

    When the bread is hot, spread honey on it with a brush.

    Now bring the milk to a boil in a pan. After the milk boils, add sugar. After the sugar has melted, boil the sugar until the water of sugar is burnt. Stirring constantly.

    Now add paneer.Turn off the gas after the paneer is well mixed. Once the rabdi cools down, add mango pulp and cardamom powder.

    Now take a serving plate and arrange the first piece of bread in it. Pour rabdi on it.

    Garnish with almond pistachio slices and mango slices.

    Place the plate in the fridge and serve chilled.
