Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 to 15 minutes

While preheating the oven,cover the oven pan with aluminium foil and grease with oil

Put the pork meat balls in the pan and grill in the oven for 20 minutes on 180° (don't put them for too long because they will become dry and chewy)

Coat or marinate the chicken wings and drumsticks with chicken spice, cayenne pepper, black pepper, crushed garlic and a spoon of oil

Once the pork meat balls are done remove them from the pan and put chicken wings and drumsticks and grill them for 45minuters to an 1 hour

While waiting for the chicken make your sauce on the side.

In a saucepan;
Put 3 spoons of sugar
1 spoon vinegar
2 spoons of tomato sauce
1 spoon of soya sauce
1 spoon of Worcestershire
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper - 8
Mix and simmer for 10 minutes

Once the sauce is done
Add the pork meatballs and coat them for 5 minutes then remove them - 10
When the chicken has grilled for 45 minutes ;
Remove the pan from the oven and brush/coat the chicken with the sauce &then put them back in the over for 10 minutes. - 11
In another pan, lightly grease it oil and then out the chicken pops and oven grill for 15 minutes (remember not to make them dry)

Once every thing is done, place it in a platter and garnish with cherry tomatoes. 😊
