Herb rice with gravy is one of my favorite dishes. So, I created this recipe on my own by making few changes.

Herb rice with gravy is one of my favorite dishes. So, I created this recipe on my own by making few changes.
Steps

First, wash and soak rice for 15-20 minutes. Then boil green peas, carrot and French beans in another vessel for 7-8 mins. Boil rice for 5-7 mins.

Now, take a grinder and add tomato pieces and mint leaves and little water and turn into a paste. Then cut onion into large pieces and paneer into small pieces.

Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon oil. Then add onion and chopped garlic and sauté for one min by adding salt. Now, add tomato paste and sugar and cover lid to let it cook for 3-4 mins.

Then add ketchup, kitchen king masala, pepper powder and red chill powder and again cook for 2-3 mins.

Now, add half boiled vegetables and paneer into gravy and add little salt. Add half cup water and cook for 2 mins.

Take another pan and add 1.5 tablespoon butter. Then add Jeera and saute half boiled rice properly in this mixture. Then add salt.

Finally, serve Butter rice with gravy in a plate. Serve ht gravy with fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves.
