I didn't have anything for snacks so I made these. They were too delicious. Don't tell anyone there is tofu in them.

Be sure to mix the flour in well until it's not powdery anymore.
It's also nice that you don't need to drain the tofu. Recipe by yuurrk

  • 200 gramsPancake mix
  • 200 gramsTofu
  • 1Frying oil

Steps

    Combine the pancake mix and tofu together.

    Mix until no longer powdery.

    Heat the oil to 170℃, then drip the dough into the oil with a spoon.

    Fry until they are golden brown, and they're done.
