  1. 1/½ cup Besan
  2. 1/2 cupghee
  3. 1 tbspalmond slivers
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 3/4 cupsugar powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add 1/2 cup ghee. Ghee melted than add Besan and mix well. Stir continuously for 20-25 mint, while ghee look separate from besan, smell comes and colour has been light brown.turn of flame

    When mixture are little warm than Add almond silvers, cardamom powder and mix well. Let it proper cool.

    Now Add sugar powder and mix well with hands. Now binding the mixture in round ball shape. Make all laddu and enjoy it.
