Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsghee
  2. 2 cupbesan
  3. 2 tbspsemolina
  4. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  5. 2 pinchescardamom powder -optional
  6. as neededSlivered pistachio for garnish
  7. as neededAlmond powder again as per liking

Cooking Instructions

    Take ghee in a microwave safe bowl once the ghee begins to melt, add sieved besan.

    Now mix continuously, making sure the ghee is combined well with besan. keep it the microwave fr 2-3 minutes.

    Take it out and give it a nice stir Again keep in the microwave fr two minutes Again give a nice stir Keep again fr another 90min

  4. 4

    Keep stirring till the besan turns aromat. Now add semolina and mix and also wait for besan to change colour to golden brown. allow the besan paste to cool completely.

    Now add almond powder, powdered sugar and cardamom powder

  6. 6

    Miix well making sure everything is combined well. take a tbsp of mixture and prepare ladoo.

  7. 7

    Also garnish with pistachio finally, serve besan ladoo or store in a airtight container.
