Halkova or palkova is a very easy and tasty sweet recipe prepared using maida, sugar and ghee. Halkova is a popular sweet from 90's and it just melts in your mouth
Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee in Low flame
- 2
Add Flour In ghee and mix, Stir the mixture for about 10-15 minutes

Take mixture out In a bowl cool for 5minutes

Grind sugar and cardamom (elaichi)
- 5
Add grinded sugar and grinded cardamom into The mixture
- 6
Set it in a mould add Toppings.. AND let it cool in refrigerator For minimum 30 minutes.
