Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbesan
  2. 3/4 cupghee
  3. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1-2 tspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Put a pan on medium to low heat. Put ghee in it.

  2. 2

    Once ghee is melted put Besan in it.

  3. 3

    Roast the Besan till it start giving nice aroma and changes the colour.

  4. 4

    When Besan roasted completely sprinkle some water and stir it continuously till all the bubbles disappear.

  5. 5

    Let the Besan cools down. Put he sugar and cardamom pidgin the grinder and grind it to fine powder.

    Mix it in the Besan and make balls if desired size.
