Sheet: Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Then mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients,mix till smooth consistency of batter.

Transfer the batter into baking tray.
Preheat the oven at 180C for 10minutes. Bake at 180C for 15minutes. - 3
Ganache: warm the cream then add chocolate to it. Cover it for 2 minutes then mix properly till smooth consistency.

Whip the cream till peak consistency. Add ganache on it.

Assembly: Take a cake sheet. Apply ganache on it then add chocolate whipped cream over it then roll the sheet properly. Keep at the fridge for 30 minutes.

After that cover with a ganache. On the other side make a chocolate garnish. After that garnish the swiss roll.

Swiss roll is ready.
