Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  • 2 glasswater
  • 1 inchsonth /dry ginger
  • As neededSmall piece of giloy stick
  • 2cloves
  • 1/2 inchcinnamon stick
  • 6-7black pepper
  • 6-7Munakka
  • as requiredSome fresh Tulsi/ basil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly in a Mortar and Pestle add dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and giloy stick coarsley grind everything.

    Heat water in a sauce pan, when water comes to boil add grind ingredients along with crushed Munakka and Basil leaves.
    Now Keep the flame on low and boil it for 10-12 minutes. Turn of flame, cover the sauce with lid and keep it for 4-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Kadha is ready. Seave it in a cup and serve hot.
    Best time to consume Kadha is evening. Enjoy
    Stay fit and healthy.
