Firstly in a Mortar and Pestle add dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and giloy stick coarsley grind everything.

Heat water in a sauce pan, when water comes to boil add grind ingredients along with crushed Munakka and Basil leaves.
Now Keep the flame on low and boil it for 10-12 minutes. Turn of flame, cover the sauce with lid and keep it for 4-5 minutes. - 3
Kadha is ready. Seave it in a cup and serve hot.
Best time to consume Kadha is evening. Enjoy
