Simple Meat Sauce Doria in 5 Minutes

I always make a lot of meat sauce and use it to make different things. This time I made some really quick doria (rice gratin).
My mother used to make this recipe all the time when I was small.
Since this is just 1 serving, you can make it in the toaster-oven, and it's so easy. Of course you can make it in the oven too!
You can even use store-bought meat sauce.
Use cheese that melts easily.
It's hot, so be careful not to burn yourself when taking it out of the oven! Recipe by Meiponsu

Since making it many people have been surprised at how it uses ingredients that can be found in any home, and at how quickly it can be made. I've gotten requests for it, so here it is. My son loves it.-I recommend ground beef, but a mix of beef and pork, as well as healthy ground chicken also works. Please use whatever you'd like.-For the carrots, I recommend a mix of grated as well as finely minced.
