Ingredients

150 gramsGround beef
1/2 mediumOnion
1 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspRed wine
2 tbspWater
2 tbspKetchup
2 tbspBeef stew roux
1 tbspJapanese Worcestershire-style sauce

Put the olive oil in a frying pan, and sauté the ground beef until well browned.

Add the onion. Sauté until wilted.

Add the red wine, and stir until it has evaporated.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until thickened.
