Pre heat oven to 400°, set out premade crust to get up to room temp to make it easier to spread out in tin.

Take 3 eggs, mix them well. They should be almost fluffy.

Add other ingredients minus pecans to the eggs. Mix well.

Place crust in tin, I chose to spray my pan with coconut oil before putting in crust, once in, pour mixture into crust.

Top with pecans, they should rest on top of mixture.

Bake for 15 min @ 400 degrees then reduce to 350 for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. Middle shouldn't jiggle too much when you remove it.

Let cool once removed from oven. Cut and serve. Makes 8 pieces.
