In a bowl add water is boiled add salt, oil and pasta cooked 7 minutes and switch off the flame and cool down to room temperature.

In a Kadai add oil, onion till light golden in colour.
Add ginger garlic paste cook few minutes and then add tomatoes. - 3
And then add Turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder cook few minutes and then add salt and water cooked till mashed.

Add pasta, butter and coriander leaves mix well and switch off the flame. Pasta ready to serve.
