Steps

Wash and rinse for about 3 times or more to remove stones and sand particles. Soak overnight. Drain and rinse again. Then blend till smooth.

Mix well the flour and yeast together. Stir in the flour yeast mixture into the batter, mix well. Place in a warm place for at least 1 and 1/2hr and allow it rise.

Add baking powder, sugar, salt and karkashi, stir well until incorporated.

Heat up oil, scoop the batter and add it into the heated oil. Fry both sides on medium heat until golden brown. Drain to remove excess oil.

Serve and enjoy with yajin kuli kuli.
