Ingredients

  • 2 canscanned fish
  • 1little cilantro
  • 2chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 1little fish sauce
  • 4-5shallots
  • 1ladle of oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the shallots into rings and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil until hot, then fry the shallots until crispy.

  3. 3

    Pour the canned fish into the pan, add oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sliced chili peppers. Stir the canned fish and let it sit for a while.

  4. 4

    Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cilantro (you can also sprinkle with crispy shallots).
