Cooking Instructions

Take a non-stick pan add 2 tbsp oil and crack 3 eggs to make half fry... sprinkle salt and pepper powder on it.pour hot oil with spoon on it.. don't flip and don't over cook..after 3 minutes transfer in serving plate

Now in that pan add 2 tbsp oil add boiled eggs only yolk and add ginger garlic chilli paste turmeric powder cumin coriander powder.salt half of chopped garlic and coriander mix well with bhaji masher...

Now add 3/4 cup water add cream grated cheese and garam masala.. once again mix well with masher.. after that add cut white portion of boiled eggs remaining chopped garlic and coriander.. adjust constituency.

Cook for 3 minutes and pour this cheesy gravy on half fry in serving plate...ready to eat with bread saute in butter
