In a nonstick skillet, cook the ground meat with the onion for 5 minutes. Add the parsley, mint, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Next, add the grated tomatoes and mix well. Let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes, then add the rice and bulgur. Cook for another 5 minutes. Do not fully cook the rice at this stage.

Remove from heat. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each grape leaf and roll them up.

Place the dolmadakia in a pot, adding 3 tablespoons olive oil and a potato sliced into rounds at the bottom (the potato prevents the dolmadakia from sticking). Pour 1 cup water into the pot, add a little salt, and cook over heat for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
