Soak whole wheat for four to five hours. coarsely blend it in mixer jar

Take out in a vessel, pressure cook it by giving 4 whistles. allow it to cool down.

Now take out in the deep pan,add chopped Jaggery in it.cook till Jaggery completely mixed with wheat.now add grated coconut in it.

Add cardamom powder and chopped almonds.mix well and cook for more five minutes. Here whole wheat halwa is ready to eat.

Now add gradually milk to it, kheer is ready. because of whole wheat it becomes thick very quickly.add desi ghee before serving.it is very healthy and tasty recipe.
