I came up with this recipe to try something very different yet delicious with salmon!

Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and lemon pepper and start to heat the butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Then fry the salmon in the pan, 2-3 minutes each side.

Combine the following ingredients in a bowl to make the glaze sauce: mango passion fruit jam, soy sauce, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and corn starch. Stir it well and in a separate pan, melt the sugar until it has a pale caramel color. Add the chicken broth into that pan and boil it for about 3 minutes. Then add the glaze sauce along with salt and pepper to your liking. Finally, boil the mixture until it thickens to a good consistency.

Pour the Mango Passion Fruit glaze all around the salmon and serve it with white rice or boiled potatoes. Enjoy! 😉
