Heat oil and fry onions.

When it turns brown, add chicken and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Keep stirring on and cook it on medium flame.

After a few minutes, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.

Add salt and mix. Cook on medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes. Add milk mixed with a pinch of food coloring and keep stirring for 2 - 3 minutes.

Cover and cook for at least 5 minutes on low flame. After 5 minutes, add coriander powder, chilli flakes, chilli powder and chaat masala and fry

Add green chillies and coriander leaves. Add garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. Now, cover for 2 minutes. Add cream if you want to.

Dish it out and garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies. Your Chindi Chicken Masala will be ready.
