Stuffed Gulab jam with coconut jaggery

Gulabjam is made with mava n maida,I have made innovative stuffed Gulabjam.stuffing is made with fresh coconut grated n jaggery. It's awesome feels taste of modak in gulabjam,served with Rabdi.

First make stuffing,take grated coconut,add jaggery,cardamam nutmeg powder mix well,heat the mixture on slow flame till it thickens n leaves the pan.,add dryfruit pieces,take it down.,stuffing is ready

Now take mava,maida,fresh milk cream in big thali,mix m knead neatly to make dough for gulabjam.Let it rest for 30 minutes,then make balls,spread it with fingers add some quantity of stuffing,close the gulabjam neatly,get the gulabjams stuffed.meanwhile take sugar in pot add 1cup water,saffron threads,cardamom nutmeg powder and let it boil to make sugar syrup.

Now heat ghee on medium flame,drop gulabjam in ghee,after 1 minute slow the flame and deep-fry the gulabjam neatly.Take it out.

Now drop the gulabjams in sugar syrup.

After 1,2 hours when they are well soaked with syrup,serve with Kesar rabdi,no need to soak long time as it is served with rabdi n already sweet stuffing is inside

It's tastes awesome as heavenly delight.Only take care to balance sweetness,as stuffing is sweet,syrup n served with Rabdi !
