3green chillies slit
as per tastesalt
for tempering
as requiredmustard seeds,curry leaves,dry red chilli,
1 tbsp oil(we use coconut oil)can use any

Wash and cut in thin srips
2

Heat a pan pour oil then mustard seeds, curry leaves,and banana skin peel
3

Add salt and little water to cook
4

When cooked lastly pour one spoon coconut oil evenly its done
5

Enjoy with rice,can have with chappati also
