Mix the flour and water until thicken and prepare the dough and keep it aside.

Now for the stuffing, finely chop all the veggies.

Now add salt to the vegggies and mix it well.

Cover it and Let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Now, you need to remove all the access water that is released by the veggies.

Take a pan and a tbsp of oil then add some garlic, fry it for 20 seconds.
Then go in with with the onion. - 7
Remember that we do not have to completely cook the veggies. We just have to remove their rawness.
Then add all the other veggies. - 8
Add about a tablespoon of soya sauce, vinegar and a little bit of salt and sauté well.

Your stuffing is ready. Now, to prepare momos, roll the dough in small circular shapes or you can roll a big one and cut it using a bowl.

Fill in the stuffing and now it is time to shape your momos.

Hold from one side and keep sticking it to the other side. You can also use water to stick it.

Meanwhile add water and heat up your steamer

Now add the momos to the steamer and let them cook for about 20 mins.

And our momos are ready.
