Steps
- 1
First of all, take the boiled potatoes and cut them into two halves
- 2
Now take a pan and put some oil into it and add chopped garlic cloves into it. Let it cook for a few seconds until the garlic is brownish golden in colour
- 3
Add red chilli powder and coriander cumin powder. Mix them well and let it cook for a few mins
- 4
The add salt as per taste and lemon along with some water and let it cook for a few minutes until the mixture gets medium consistency and looks like a gravy
- 5
Lastly, add few coriander leaves and potatoes into it. Once all of these is done, give it a good mix and let it cook for a few minutes.
- 6
Time to serve: the delicious potatoes are now ready to serve. Take them in a bowl and serve them with fried fryumes. I'm sure the kids would love it as much as the adults do
- 7
Note: if you or any of your family member doesn't eat too much spicy food, then it's absolutely alright- just reduce the amout of garlic and chilli powder and you'd be good to go!

That's all for today! Happy eating amigos.
