Meatballs for Hot Pots

The golden ratio of hot pot ingredients is a 1:1:3 ratio of meat, meat balls, and vegetables!!
I always make these without fail on days I make hot pots.
These also taste great if you wrap them in wonton wrappers and add to soup. Make lots and try it out!! Recipe by Wanonano

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Finely chop the scallions.
- 2
In a bowl, knead the ingredients together until it sticks together.
- 3
Use a spoon to roll them into a ball, drop them into your favorite hot pot broth, and it's done once they cook through! This time, I added them to a miso hot pot with chicken breast, Chinese cabbage, carrots, and onions.
- 4
I made these with ground breast and thigh meat at a 1:1 ratio. This had a completely different texture and also tasted great.

Chicken Meatball and Chinese Cabbage Hot Pot Chicken Meatball and Chinese Cabbage Hot Pot
Chicken meatballs are usually just boiled, but I thought browning them in a pan would make them really tasty. It was a big success. When browning the chicken meatballs, make sure you brown them well over high heat. You could also just simmer the chicken meatballs without browning them. In that case, simmer them for about 10 minutes. You can add any other ingredients you like. Recipe by Tsuyuneburi cookpad.japan -

Meatballs Meatballs
These meatballs are very moist, garlicky, and juicy with a great beef flavor. They can be used any way you would like; in a marinara sauce, in a sub or slider. As an appetizer. Sliced on pizza or a sandwich. There are endless uses for them ! I do not like dense meatballs so I think the use of the croissants and heavy cream help make these soft and moist. fenway -
