Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 3 servings
  • 7 tablespoonsself-rising flour (about 55 grams)
  • 1/3 cupmilk (80 ml)
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2eggs
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract and baking soda to taste

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat the egg whites until foamy.

    Add the yolks and continue beating.

    Add the sugar and milk, and keep beating until fully combined. Finally, add the sifted flour.

    Cook in a nonstick skillet if possible. Serve with a little honey or your favorite topping, such as dulce de leche.
