Thinly slice the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, then squeeze out the moisture.

Pour the sesame oil into a frying pan and fry the cucumber. Add the shichimi spice and stir-fry quickly.

Put it on a plate and fan it too cool it down. Transfer to serving plates and top with white sesame seeds.
