Cooking Instructions

Take maida. Add milk. Add ajwain Add ghee. Add baking soda. Add salt as per your taste. Mix all the ingredients and make a hard dough.

Now spread the dough on a rolling plate with the help of a rolling pin. Now cut into the pieces or shapes as per your choice with the help of a knife.

Take a pan and add some oil to it. Heat up the oil. Now put all the material into it. Fry all till golden brown.

Now our Snack is ready. Enjoy it with tea.
