Ingredients

40 minutes.

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. For frying oil/ghee
  3. 1 teaspoonoil/ghee
  4. 1 teaspoonnigella seeds
  5. 1 pinchsoda bicarb
  6. 200 mloil for deep frying

Steps

40 minutes.
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients into a bowl,knead to a semi hard dough with the help of cold water.Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

    Roll into a 1/2 cm thick sheet cut into 3- 4" long strips.

    Deep fry on medium-low flame till golden brown.
