Ingredients

  1. 2cloves
  2. 1 teaspoondried shrimp, chopped
  3. 1 bunch of green leafy vegetable
  4. ~ 10g Cooking oil
  5. Water
  6. Optional Add-on
  7. Sliced carrots
  8. Fried Bean curd bits
  9. Mushroom
  10. Flavouring (substitute for dried shrimp)
  11. Salt
  12. Oyster sauce
  13. Mushroom powder
  14. Anchovies powder
  15. Fish sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up cooking oil. Add in garlic and dried shrimp. Sauté till fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add in vegetables and “optional add on” if any. And abit water if too dry.
