  1. 1 cupyellow moong daal
  2. For stuffing
  3. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  4. 50 gmpaneer
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1/2 inchginger
  7. 10-12cashews
  8. 10-12raisins
  9. Pinchasefoetida
  10. 1/4 tspcumin
  11. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tspkitchen king masala
  13. 1/4 tspamchur powder

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the daal well & soak it for 4 hours. After it drain its water & take it into a blender. Make a smooth paste of it. Add salt, red chilli powder, green chilli, grated ginger & fresh coriander to it. Mix well & keep aside.

    For stuffing: heat oil in a pan, add pinch of asefoetida & cumin seeds to it.when it crackles add boiled peas & paneer cubes to it. Add all spices & green coriander to it.

    Now heat a tawa & grease it with oil. Pour 1 ladle batter to it & spread in circular motion like dosa. Apply dome oil around it. Cook it from both sides till brown. Put some stuffing in the center & fold it. Our chilla is ready. Serve it with green chutney.
