Rajma Masala without ONION & GARLIC

Wash Rajma properly, then soak them in water for 6-8 hours or overnight but if you want to make them instantly soak them in boiling water for 1 hour.

Grind Tomatoes, Ginger & Green Chillies finely into purée in a mixer grinder.

After 6-8 hours or 1 hour, take a pressure cooker, add soaked Rajma in it with all Khade Masale, 1 Teaspoon Salt & 2 Cups Water in it & mix them properly.

Now close the lid & give 1 whistle on high flame & 5-6 whistles on low flame.

After 6-7 whistles, turn off the flame & let the pressure cooker depressurise naturally.

Meanwhile, take a pan, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add 1 Teaspoon Jeera & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

When they start sizzling, add finely grinded tomato, ginger & green chillies purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder & 2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them till they start releasing oil.

After 6-7 minutes, when oil is completely released, open the lid & transfer the boiled Rajma in pan & mix them properly,

Then add 1 small cube butter, 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala & 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly.

Now close the lid & cook them for 4-5 minutes.

After 4-5 minutes. Open the lid & stir them properly.

Your Rajma Masala without Onion & Garlic are ready to be served.
