Ingredients

8 servings
  1. Pastry
  2. 200 gWholemeal Flour
  3. 150 gGreek Yoghurt
  4. 2 TbspOlive oil
  5. 50 mlwater
  6. 1/2 TspSalt
  7. Mince
  8. 2x 500g Turkey mince
  9. 3x Roma Tomatoes
  10. 125 gMozzarella, Shredded
  11. 1/2 Tbsolive oil
  12. Home-made taco spices
  13. 1 TspChilli
  14. 2 ClovesGarlic
  15. 1/2 TspSalt
  16. 2 TbspCummin
  17. 2 TbspSweet Paprika
  18. Kcal 346 Carbs: 20g Fat: 15g Protein: 32g

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 175 degrees

  2. 2

    Mix the flour, salt, olive oil, yoghurt in a bowl. Add water and work together into a dough

  3. 3

    Press the dough gently into the bottom and sides of the baking tray. Notch with a fork and pre-bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 min.

    In the mean time: medium heat olive oil in a pan and cook the mince. Add the spices when the mince is cooked through.

    Add the mince into the tray and add sliced tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in the oven until cheese is melted
