1 tspShio-kombu
1/2 tspSesame oil

Thinly slice the bell peppers and microwave. A small yellow bell pepper and 2 red ones take just less than 2 minutes at 600 W.

Drain the moisture from the bell peppers, and mix with the shio-konbu, sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish.
