Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhite wine Vinegar
  2. 3 largeLong English cucumbers
  3. 1 bunchDill
  4. 1 tbspCaster sugar
  5. 1 tbspSalt (rock salt works, but add less)
  6. 1 tspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the cucumber and put into a salad bowl.

  2. 2

    Add your vinegar and toss gently. You may need more.

  3. 3

    Put in your salt and sugar. If you need more liquid, add water or more vinegar.

  4. 4

    Next, toss in the dill.

  5. 5

    Wait two minutes, then drizzle the olive oil on the top.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
