Ingredients

1 cupWhite wine Vinegar
3 largeLong English cucumbers
1 bunchDill
1 tbspCaster sugar
1 tbspSalt (rock salt works, but add less)
1 tspOlive oil

Steps

Thinly slice the cucumber and put into a salad bowl.

Add your vinegar and toss gently. You may need more.

Put in your salt and sugar. If you need more liquid, add water or more vinegar.

Next, toss in the dill.

Wait two minutes, then drizzle the olive oil on the top.
