I'm so busy with my kids and the housework, that I have no time to make desserts. I wondered if I could make a quick cute snack for my young child, and made this with what I had in my kitchen.

It's easy; just mix.
The banana helps make it extra moist.
You can make this in a pound cake tin too!!
It's tasty mixed with broken chocolate or almonds.

Put the egg, sugar and oil in a bowl and mix.

Mix in the pancake mix and then the mashed banana.

Pour it into the cups, and bake at 170-180℃ (338 to 356 Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes. All ovens are different, so adjust the time as necessary.
