Marinate mutton for 30 mins.add mutton in a pan.then add meat tenderizer first mix it well.then add yogurt,cream,salt, ginger garlic paste,lemon juice and desi ghee.leave it for 30 min.

After 30 mins add heated coal in a pan and cover it for 3 min

Remove coal.Put the pan on medium flame for cooking.bring it to boil.then cover it.cook it for 40 to 45 min.until the mutton is tender

Meanwhile fry dry spices in a desi ghee.fry chopped grenn chillies and chopped onions.fry until translucent.then add lal.mirch haldi dhania garam masala powder in it and fry

Add cooked mutton fry for 2.3 mins.add milk.when milk dries add coriander leaves and chilli flakes.cook until oil separates. Served with naan.
