  2. 1 kgMeat Boti
  3. 1Egg
  4. 2 tbspCorn flour
  5. 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  6. 2 tspBlack pepper
  7. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 4 tspSoya sauce
  10. 8/9Green chili
  11. Oil for fry
  12. 5-5 tspdhania podina
  13. 2Onion
  14. 1 tspLehsan adrak paste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the meat with lehsan adrak paste,salt, Haldi, black pepper, Garam masala powder,green chili and red chilli flakes and add some quantity of water to boil the meat
    Boil us want tak Karain K meat achy sy cook hojae aur pani bio rahai

    Aab is mein aloo ko cut kar K add kar dain aloo K piece bry ho aur jub tak achy sy cook no hojae to cook kar lain

    Onion aur dhania podina ko cut kar lain

    Phr aloo ko separate kar lain aur mash kar lain aur boti ko chopper mein chop kar lain phr boti mein dhania podina aur aloo mein onion add kar lain

    Phr achy sy sub ko mix kar K aloo aur boti ko phr is mein egg aur corn flour add kar K coal KA smoke dain phr shape damn

    Phr deep fry kar K agn smoke dain aur serve krain

    Last pics mix hain jo step par nahi jarahai lgta hai Naraz hain so just forget that..
